"This was my first time at a yoga studio because I had always been too intimidated to go alone. I was STOKED when I was invited and today was a new chapter for me-yoga is a must and this is my new home-away-from-home. Thanks do much to all the people that made this such an awesome experience!!"

"I LOVE this yoga studio! It's such a wonderful place. Everyone is so warm and welcoming. I am learning so much in Brenda's beginners vinyasa class and really look forward to her class every week. I always leave these classes feeling so good!"

"No matter what stage you are at in your yoga journey, Cambio has got you. All of the instructors are welcoming and friendly. I have been doing yoga for over a decade at lots of different studios, and Cambio is hands down my favorite :)"

"The class was a bit full, but I took the popular demand as an indicator that it would be a worthwhile class. And worthwhile it was - Hannah taught a wonderful class that was both challenging and refreshing."

"I'm new to Colorado Springs and was craving yoga but was trying to practice at home, which I don't really love...UNTIL I found Cambio Yoga! Beautiful facility and classrooms, amazing instructors. My favorite is YIN as I'm not looking for an intense workout regime, but rather a chance to check in with my body and deeply relax at the end of often high paced days."

"I have been coming to Cambio for 10 years now. I think that pretty much says it all. It's the most friendly and inviting yoga studio I've ever been to and it's perfect for every level of student. The studio is clean and cute but the class rooms are small so the more popular classes will fill up quickly. If you've been looking to try yoga for the first time or aren't a fan of the more uppity, expensive studios, then Cambio is perfect for you!"
β Michelle M.
"I've wanted to do yoga for years... Jill is the reason I've kept coming to beginners classes after all these months. She really breaks it down yet keeps it challenging. Morgen makes sure every pose is accessible."
β Bonnie B.
"So madly in love with this yoga studio. For about 10 years now and would honestly say that it significantly shaped my life."
β Jenna M.
"Cambio became my yoga home. If you are looking for a place to practice yoga and you enjoy a welcoming environment, come to Cambio yoga."
β Elsie L.
"Cambio has really created a new love in my life, started with one class a week and now I am trying to go 3x a week! Jill's beginner class is amazing, funny, and inviting. I went in literally knowing nothing and now I love it!"
β Devin D.
"I love this yoga studio. The classes and instructors are wonderful. There are 2 separate entrances so if you are new like me make sure to check both and the instructors will ensure you make it to the right class."
